Limited WARRANTY policy

Mighty Mite® guitar products (each, a “Product”) are a registered brand of Westheimer Corporation (the “Company”).  Each Product is warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.  In the unlikely event that your Mighty Mite® product requires service, our in-house representatives will be happy to try and resolve any issue you may have.

If the Product fails to function properly due to defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, the Company, at its option, will repair or replace the Product, with no charge for labor or materials.  This warranty applies only Product sold and delivered within the USA by an authorized Mighty Mite® Dealer.  To claim under this warranty, the original consumer purchaser must provide proof of original purchase of the Product.  This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser only, and is not assignable or transferable under any circumstances.


In order to validate the warranty, the original purchaser must complete and return the Product Registration Form  within 10 days following the original date of receiving your Product. Printable version of Product Registration Form is also available.  Please retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.  If you need to file a warranty claim in the future, you will need to send in a copy of your receipt at that time (please see instructions below).

Except as specifically provided in this document, there are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  In no event shall Company be liable for loss of profits or incidental, indirect, special, consequential or other similar damages arising out of any breach of warranty or other obligation contained in this document.  The warranty contained herein shall not apply if the Product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident, neglect or use with unauthorized attachments.  COMPANY’S LIABILITY AND YOUR REMEDY FOR DAMAGES AGAINST COMPANY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT.  


Warranty service and repairs are to be made only at the Company authorized facility.  Unauthorized repairs will void this warranty.  The customer must contact Company to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before delivering the Product to Company, freight prepaid.  Any Product which, in Company’s opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for repair or warranty consideration.

Product repaired under warranty at the Company facility will be returned to the customer via UPS ground freight, prepaid by Company to any location within the continental United States.  Any Product returned to Company that is not covered by the terms of this warranty will be serviced only after payment is arranged.

Fender® style necks:  Mighty Mite® is not affiliated with Fender® and no Fender® warranty applies.


  1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form, located on this site under Support/Resources. Upon verification and approval of the RMA form an RMA number will be issued, Products returned without an RMA number will be refused.
    Once you have received the RMA number and shipping address from us you can get the Product ready for shipping.
  2. Pack the Product in a secure and careful manner.  Improper packing can cause damage to the Product.
    Include a copy of your sales receipt, RMA approval and your shipping address (no P.O. Boxes or route numbers please).  Also include a note explaining what the issues are; unless you fully explained it on the RMA Form.  If we cannot duplicate the problem at the Company facility or verify the original purchase date, we may, at our option, charge for parts/labor and return shipping.
  3. Ship the Product freight prepaid.  Do not return your item without authorization.

Return and Exchange Policy

Mighty Mite® (“Website”) is a registered brand of Westheimer Corporation (the “Company”).

If you ordered from Website and are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Necks: must be in “as received” condition.  Necks that are damaged, altered in any way or show signs of installation will not be eligible for return.
    Alterations include but are not limited to:  tuning holes, installed tuners, neck pockets holes, sanding, painting, routing, decals and/or stickers.
  • Pickups:  if the leads are cut, we cannot refund or exchange the purchase.
  • Any defective part must be reported within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of receipt of product.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of product.  If there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
  • Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment received.  Credit card refunds must be made to the exact credit card(s) used in the original sale.
  • Company reserves the right not to refund original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, VAT or other customs fee’s, taxes or any other out of pocket expense you may have incurred.
  • Any return caused by a refusal or wrong shipping information is subject to a 25% restock fee; all freight fees in and out are non-refundable.


  1. Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number is required.  To obtain a RMA, complete the RMA form to generate number.
    RMA’s must be issued within ten (10) business days of receiving the product and expire in 15 business days after issued.
  2. Once you have received our RMA approval; pack the Product in a secure and careful manner.  Improper packing can cause damage to the Product.
    Include a copy of your sales receipt, RMA approval and your shipping address (no P.O. Boxes or route numbers please).  Also include a note explaining what the issues are; unless you fully explained it on the RMA Form.
  3. Return the package by your preferred method to the address shown on the RMA. (no COD’s accepted).
    Remember to get a tracking number; the package is your property until we receive it.
  4. If returned product shows any evidence of damage from misuse, improper handling or insufficient packaging, it will not be fully refunded nor exchanged.


Do not destroy any packing material (including the carton) until you have checked for shipping damages. Product shipped from Website has been properly packed; shipping damage shall not be the responsibility of Company to bear.

Should you find shipping damage:

  • Report the damage right away to the carrier and the seller.
  • Hold on to all shipping materials including the carton(s) until the damage claim is settled with the carrier.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours will delay the damage claim process.   Refunds cannot be processed until the claim has been approved by the carrier.


If you purchased our product from somewhere other than you must contact the seller for any damages, returns, exchanges or refunds. Company cannot process damage claims, refund or exchange product that you purchased from a third party vendor.

Make sure you ordered the correct product.

  • Changes:  If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible by calling (224-677-6736) or reply to your order confirmation email and describing the requested change in detail.  Your order shipping in 2-3 business days.
  • Cancellations:  If you need to cancel all or part of your order, contact us by calling (224-677-6736) or replying to your order confirmation email with your cancellation request.  Company is not responsible for freight expense if order is cancelled after it is shipped.
  • Damage Claims – Refunds are not processed until the claim is paid by the carrier.  Freight cost may not apply.
  • Refusal of a shipment – Is subject to all freight charges being deducted from the purchase price. Plus a 25% Restock charge may also be applied.
  • Restocking Fee – Cancellations, Exchanges, Refusal of shipment or returned due to incorrect deliverable address provided during checkout are all subject to a 25% Restocking fee plus freight charges are non-refundable.

Sales and Closeout Product Policy:

Any product on this Website marked as Sale, Closeout , or “As Is” Product are final sale,, return and exchange policy does not apply. Purchase these products at your own risk.


If you order it’s not what you expected, as long as there are no alterations or mishandling of the product, we may exchange it for equal or higher priced singular product.  Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

Company reserves the right, at any time, to make changes to the Website, this shall include but not limited to Prices, Product Specifications, posted policies and Conditions of Sale, Terms of use or Privacy & Security policies.
