General Conditions for Returns

All items must be returned in their original, unaltered state.

No modifications may be made to the product, including but not limited to:

Drilled holes.

Shortened, clipped, or soldered wires.

Any other changes to the original condition of the item.
Return Timeframes

New Products: Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

Reclaimed Parts: Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment back to Mighty Mite. To obtain authorization:

Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Wait for a confirmation email with return instructions and authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Mighty Mite is at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
