Originally designed for left handed Fender American Professional P/J basses. Comes with your traditional split coil pickup route and 2 control knobs (originally for a pair of concentric control knobs). Note, these guards went on instruments that had the output jack installed in the side of the body unlike your traditional P-bass. Also comes with truss rod access route in the neck pocket for necks with heel adjusting truss rods. Modern 13 hole mounting pattern.
