A vintage refin look with two classic Strat finishes fighting for the spotlight.

This Reclaimed Fender Road Worn Strat Body has been given a new lease on life with a custom Seafoam Green over 3-Tone Burst Finish-Over-Finish (FOF) treatment in aged Nitro Lacquer. Carefully distressed areas of the Seafoam Green topcoat reveal the black, red, amber, and natural tones of the 3-Tone Burst underneath, recreating the layered appearance of a vintage Strat that was refinished long ago and then played hard for decades afterward.

Large areas of simulated play wear expose the original burst across the forearm contour, back, edges, and other high-contact areas, while lacquer checking, chips, scuffs, and smaller worn-through spots add character throughout the rest of the body. The combination of cool Seafoam Green against the warm Sunburst beneath creates dramatic contrast from virtually every angle.

Underneath the aging is a traditional solid Alder Strat body featuring classic forearm and belly contours, three single-coil pickup routes, standard top-routed controls, and routing for a six-screw vintage-style tremolo.
